Hotel La Exotica has 4 conference halls, that are well decorated, technically designed and fully equipped with all modern amenities. The maximum occupancy is 110 people. These halls are best suited to hold Conferences, Seminars, Training Programs, and Banquets etc. Each hall is equipped with facilities such as Large wall mounting screens, Pointers, Flip Chart Stands, White Boards with Markers, Podiums and Public Address Systems. Collar Mikes, LCD Projectors, OHP’s, Slide Projectors, PC’s, Laptops etc can be arranged on request. We have all the facilities to make your conference a great success.

Hotel La Exotica offers its corporate clients special conference packages which make a memorable visit. The guests can be accommodated in single/double/triple and quadruple basis, depending on the clients need and preference.
 
The details of packages are:
  • Rs. 2000 Per Person Per Day on Single Occupancy Basis
  • Rs. 1450 Per Person Per Day on Double Occupancy Basis
  • Rs. 1000 Per Person Per Day on Triple Occupancy Basis

Taxes @ 10% are applicable on the above rates

 
All the above rates are inclusive of :
  • Welcome drink on Arrival
  • Accommodation in A/C Room
  • All Meals i.e. Bed Tea/Coffee, Breakfast, Two Times Mid-Session Tea/Coffee with Biscuits, Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with a Snack and Dinner
